Reception Banquet

Dear Companions & Friends, In anticipation of Rt. Ill. Comp. Lynn B. Alexander being elected to the office of Most Illustrious Grand Master of the Grand Council, Royal & Select Masons of Ohio, the Companions of the Third Arch are planning a reception to honor Lynn and his lady Carol.

We extend a cordial invitation to you to join us for the reception banquet on Saturday, December 6, 2014, at the Holiday Inn Eastgate located at 4501 Eastgate Blvd., Cincinnati, Ohio.  45245

The festivities for the evening will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a social hour and cash bar.  The doors will open for seating at 5:30 p.m. followed at 6:00 p.m. by the introduction and entrance of the Grand Council officers and distinguished guests.  Dinner will be served at 6:20 p.m.  The hospitality room will open at the conclusion of the reception program.
The price of the dinner will be $35.00 per person.  The entrée is your choice of Chicken Pomadora, Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin w/mushroom sauce.  The vegetarian entrée is Vegetarian Lasagna.  Please download form below, print and send in with check, making your check payable to the Third Arch Association and send to Michael Smith at 1219 Sherwood Forest Dr., West Carrollton, OH, 45449.  Reservations are due by November 13, 2014.  No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this date.  Tickets for the  banquet can be picked up at the hotel Friday evening after 5:00 p.m. or Saturday afternoon prior to the banquet.  Dress for Grand Officers and traveling companions will be formal; dress for all others will be formal or semi-formal.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Eastgate for Friday, December 5th and Saturday, December 6th under the name of Grand Council Rates at the special rate of $69.00, plus tax.  Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel.  The telephone number is (513) 752-4400.  The last day for reservations at this special rate is November 13, 2014.
